Refund policy

Policy Duration Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Return Process To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Send your return to the following address: c/ALICANTE 1 bj, A Coruña, La Coruña, 15009, Spain.

Partial Refunds In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable):

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
  • Any item returned after 30 days from delivery.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within [number] days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund yet, we suggest you first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at netadrip@gmail.com .

Items on Sale Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at netadrip@gmail.com and send your article to: c/ALICANTE 1 bj, A Coruña, La Coruña, 15009, Spain.

Items Marked as Gift If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift at checkout, or if the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to them to give to you later, the gift giver will receive a refund and be notified of the return.

Shipping for Returns To return your product, you must send it by mail to: c/ALICANTE 1 bj, A Coruña, La Coruña, 15009, Spain.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
