Shipping & Delivery
We work with trusted logistics partners to make sure every Netadrip order is shipped safely, tracked properly and delivered with clear conditions depending on your location.
One carrier selected for each destination
To avoid confusion and reduce logistics mistakes, each shipping area has a defined standard carrier.
Mainland Spain
Standard shipments to mainland Spain are handled by GLS / RCL.
- Estimated delivery: 24–72 business hours
- Tracking available
- Standard service for Spain mainland orders
Balearic Islands
Standard shipments to Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera are handled by Nacex Marítimo.
- Mallorca: 24–72 business hours
- Ibiza, Menorca, Formentera: 48–96 business hours
- Maritime service selected for better cost and reliability
Canary Islands
Standard shipments to the Canary Islands are handled by Nacex Marítimo.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
- Tracking available
- Customs or local import charges may apply
International Shipping
Standard international shipments are handled mainly by Correos Express International.
- Europe: usually 2–7 business days
- Tracking available when provided by the carrier
- Customs may apply outside the European Union
Express / Premium shipping available on request
If you need urgent delivery, contact us before placing your order. Express shipments are quoted individually through Nacex Express depending on destination, weight and urgency.
Order preparation
Orders are usually prepared within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information whenever provided by the carrier.
Customs & import duties
Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or destinations outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, local taxes or administrative charges.

Payment methods
Orders can be paid using the payment methods available at checkout. These may include credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery when available.
Bank transfer
If you choose bank transfer, please include your order number in the payment reference. Your order will be prepared once the payment has been received and confirmed.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is only available for orders within Spain, when this option is active at checkout. It is not available for international orders.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, volume and shipping method. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before completing the order.
Failed deliveries
Netadrip is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information, absence of the recipient, customs issues or causes outside the control of Netadrip or the transport company.
Damaged shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the affected product and a description of the issue.
Delivery delays
All delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, transport issues, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.
